The ERPsim Sustainability Challenge 2025 is a chance for your students to measure their skills against teams from around the world!
Teams will play the ERPsim Manufacturing Sustainability game scenario in HyFlex mode, applying their business knowledge to make strategic decisions about their virtual company and input their plans to SAP S/4HANA using SAP Fiori.
Participation is FREE! Registration will close on Feb 6, 2025 or when teams are at capacity.
This competition is designed specifically for instructors and students with experience with SAP S/4HANA and the ERPsim Games.

Rules and Game Format
- Universities must be full members of the University Alliance. One team per university only.
- A faculty coach is responsible for registering a team of 3 to 5 students and will be the main point of contact for all event logistics and communications. Diverse teams are encouraged.
- Teams will play the ERPsim Manufacturing Sustainability Game (Preset 2, twists).
- An awareness/practice session (Feb 7) will be arranged one week prior to the official start date.
- The game will be played in synchronous and asynchronous mode across three weeks (Feb 14, 21, and 28).
- Players will have flexibility in inputting choices throughout the game.
- Two rounds will be played in synchrnous mode every week.
- Random disruptions will be introduced every week.
- Teams will be ranked based on their company valuation.
- No cheating is allowed! All teams must always behave ethically. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify teams not playing fairly.
