What hosting options are available?
  • ERPsim-in-a-Box includes both the simulation license and hosting, providing a cloud hosted solution for your courses.
  • Bring Your Own Hosting is available for institutions with access to their own SAP hosting environment, such as through SAP University Alliances ( Contact your UCC ). Because hosting is provided by your institution, alternative pricing may be available. Contact us for pricing and conditions.
How do student licenses work?

Each student must have an academic license for every course in which ERPsim is used.

They will be granted access to the Learning Portal immediately after their license activation.

How do student acquire their license?

There are two different ways for students . You can pick the one that suits your class or institution.

  1. Student Self-Purchase : Students complete the purchase with a credit card or use a voucher code by following the invitation link provided by their professor. The professor can send an
    • Individual Invitation: Manage who can purchase and create an account through invitation-only access. Easy to track and control.
    • Shared Link: Share one purchase link tied to your class. Students buy as they join. Best when you don't have the roster in advance.
  2. Purchase on Behalf of Students: You buy for students by credit card or use voucher code. Ideal if your university pays directly, if it does not allow or want students to purchase their own access, or if students do not have a credit card.

(1) Pricing
  • Pricing shown reflects a standard class size of 35 students. Adjustments may apply based on enrollment, deployment model, institutional requirements, or country-specific pricing factors, including the Human Development Index . Contact us for more details
  • All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise noted, and do not include applicable taxes.
  • The ERPsim Lab reserves the right to modify the pricing structure at any time. Should any discrepancy arise between prices shown on this website and other sources, the prices listed here will apply
(2) Licenses and courses
  • A course is a unit of teaching that typically lasts one academic term, is led by one instructor (teachers or professors), and has a fixed roster of students. It is usually an individual subject.
  • Each student must purchase a license for each course they are enrolled in.
  • If multiple courses use ERPsim, students enrolled in more than one course must still buy a license for each course, regardless of whether the courses are taken concurrently or consecutively.
  • Once applied to a class, a license cannot be transferred to another student.
