The ERPsim Year-End Cup is the chance for your students to measure their skills against the best teams in the world!

Each team will need to demonstrate their ability to manage their virtual company with the ERPsim Logistics Sustainability with Disruptors scenario, running on a live SAP S/4HANA system. Business Intelligence and Analytics will be an important part of the competition, as participants will have live access to the data available.

To participate, the university must be a member of the SAP University Alliances and the main coach must have a valid simCID. Teams must have experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERPsim prior to the event; no formal training will be offered prior to the date of the event, though an optional practice session will be available one week beforehand.

Team Requirements

• Composed of 3-5 students from the same university.
• The team can have up to 2 coaches.
• Up to one team per university is allowed to register.
• The coach registering the team will serve as the primary contact.
• The game will be played in synchronous mode.
