Since our inception, the ERPsim Lab has remained committed to providing the academic community with high-quality, immersive business simulations based on enterprise software. To continue our mission of delivering cutting-edge tools for education, we are writing to share updates regarding our pricing model and an exciting new offering.

Introducing ERPsim In-A-Box

We are thrilled to announce the wide availability of ERPsim In-A-Box for CAD 85 “Per-Student” and CAD 1,800 “Per-Event”. This new offering is specifically designed to remove barriers for institutions interested in adopting our gamified business simulation in an all-inclusive package.

ERPsim In-A-Box includes the SAP S/4HANA cloud-hosted system, providing a turn-key solution for universities that are not full members of the SAP University Alliances. By streamlining the hosting process, we are making it easier than ever for more faculty and students to gain hands-on experience with SAP and ERPsim.

Updates to Academic License Pricing

Effective August 1, 2026, the list price for our standard "Per-Student" ERPsim academic license will be adjusted to CAD 65, and the "Per-Event" license to CAD 950.

This adjustment allows us to continue investing in the research and development required to keep our simulations relevant and effective in an evolving technological landscape. As with our previous updates, this pricing model continues to support HDI-adjusted pricing.

For countries outside the highest Human Development Index (HDI) tier, price harmonization adjustments will be applied, ensuring that our software remains accessible globally while maintaining a fair balance across regions.
