Step 4 - Get the pedagogical material and plan the integration of ERPsim in your curriculum

There is a lot of information on our Learning Portal. Spend some time getting familiar with the concepts of the simulation game, and take a look at some of the tutorials. This will help you decide how you will use the game to meet your teaching objectives. Get an idea of your class size, and plan for how many teams you will have. In particular, we suggest you review the following resources:

  • ERPsim Manager’s and User’s Guides
  • ERPsim Teaching Notes
  • Job aids and PowerPoint
  • SAP and ERPsim flash tutorials

When you are ready, you can proceed to get hands-on with the simulator. It is a good idea to obtain practice clients from your UCC and test your approach, especially to get an idea for time allocation of live simulations in and out of the classroom. We also provide a simulation sandbox that can be used without a SAP client to practice the management of a simulation.

Should you experience any issues, our Service Desk is available to receive your questions. We will generally respond within 24 hours, and on a best effort basis.

Next step: Purchase of the pedagogical material by your students
